Descriptions

 *INDOOR- Saturday 7am and 7:45am will be located at 240 SE 2nd Ave, Delray Beach, FL 33444

BASIX: The Basix Program is designed for a Beginner Level client. And will include the following classes:POWER PILATES (Use of  mat Pilates and Light weight routines sure to burn, tighten, and tone.  PUNCH & CRUNCH (Cardio class with use of light weights and martial arts inspired routines) RESISTANCE/CORE: Focus will be on strengthening and toning the muscles with light cardio and core work. TOTAL BODY EFX (Full body workout with light weights and compound moves to tone and build from head to toe)

Power Kick: Cardio class with use of light weights and martial arts inspired kick-boxing routines

X-Treme HIIT: High Intense Interval Training at its' finest.... May include distance running, sprints, jump rope and Plyometrics

Death March: A total break from heavy weights. This class is strictly bodyweight exercises utilizing calisthenics, aerobic, HIIT, and Plyometrics to be completed in distance and rep schemes.

Brolic: Non-stop weight training using the various resistance training principles of straight sets, super sets, compound sets, rest-pause, tri-sets, giant sets, and muscle atrophy. 

Train2Gain: Gain stamina, Gain Strength, Gain speed, Increase endurance... A non-stop class Combination Class with plyo, endurance, strength  and core training.

MadDog 30/30: The class will be split to focus on 30 minutes of cardio training and conditioning, and 30 minutes of strength training. The 7:30pm call will be a shortened version.

Upper Body /Lower Body Conditioning: Tuesday Evening will focus on Upper Body in a Station Rotation, Partner or Individual style format that strengthen, condition & take that part of body to absolute failure, while Thursday evenings will focus on the Lower Body in the same fashion.

Battle Mayhem: Exercise routine will be focused on (but not limited to) the use of Battling Ropes, TRX, and Kettle Bells.

#45: 45 minute heavy weight class which may vary between partner workouts, 1 minute max burnout, exercise elimination, and reps for time in a BA-BOOM fashion!

Boot Camp: A total body work out going back to that old "Boot Camp" style. This class is appropriate for all levels, and the trainer will show modifications when needed! As with all our classes, you can expect a new class routine each week!

Complex CHAOS: A 45 minute complete workout using the entire complex, new creativity to spark each week..... Get ready for some Friday night fun!
